yes. If the filter and mask are 40mm then it will fit all 40mm masks

Would this filter work for Carbon Monoxide and other gases / particulates found in house fires?

No. NBC filters will only work with micron size particles. This mask would help briefly to get you out of a quick situation but it would work for any length of time. For gases you need an SCBA tank and mask.
