Kamikoto Floating Knife Block

We got this along with the three blade set and it is great. It holds the knives and they look cool, too!

I wanted to purchase a Kamikoto Floating Knife Block from the Kamikoto website directly but they were sold out. I saw the product on amazon and purchased it. I was disappointed when I opened the box to see that the product I thought was new but realized it was broken and the stabilizing piece in the back was not connected to the primary block. Very disappointing to have a product advertised as new and unused and find it broken upon delivery.

Bought their knives and loved them. Bought their floating knife block and was shocked to find it wobbles like a chair with uneven legs. Returned it to Amazon with a poor rating. Happy to say Kamikoto promptly contacted me to ask if they could send me another unit as the one I received clearly did not meet their quality standards. Just received the new block and am happy to say it's perfect. Level and stylish. This block is larger than all the others I've seen on the market which I think is essential to ensure blade integrity. Great to see a company reading their reviews and taking action to protect their brand and satisfy the customer!

As with all the Kamikoto items I've purchased, this is a high quality, and beautifully functional piece that shows off all of the knives I've bought. The knives are professional and of the highest quality, also, and deserve this kind of presentation.

Wow!! What a beautiful way to display my knives. This is such a better solution than the knife block that causes dulling putting them in and pulling them out. Or worse, searching for them in a drawer. Now I get to display my knives and they are super handy when I need them. This is heavy duty and the magnet is super strong. Plus it's added a designer element to my kitchen!

I AM ON VACATION AND HAVE NOT UNPACKED THIS PACKAGE YET. I AM SURE IT IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. I HAVE OTHER KAMIKOTO PRODUCTS AND I LOVE THEM.
