Can squeaker be removed ?

You could remove the squeaker by opening a seam, removing the squeaker, then sewing the seam back up. If you are asking if a dog could remove the squeaker, then I would say yes--given enough rough play and time. Most toys my dogs like get damaged by overuse because that's what dogs do. They like this toy a lot and have not removed the squeaker to date.
