I been taking this brand for almost a year and by far I have zero complaints! It blends extremely well with anything, whether it’s plain water, a smoothie, juice, tea, coffee (iced or hot) you name it! It’s unflavored and tasteless, so you don’t get that chalky taste or texture. It does work, but with consistency if you workout, it definitely helps me recover faster, lift heavier, and have more focus. The ingredients in it don’t make me feel bloated or constipated either. Overall, it’s a great product for those first starting to use creatine and entering their fitness journey or those looking for a more affordable, but still highly effective product.

Apparently "monohydrate" is the best type of creatine. So when I found this product - a large size, low price, and lots of very high ratings - I gave it a try. I'm on my third tub. One of the things I like about it is, it's utterly flavorless. No after taste no nothing. It has a slightly gritty texture that dissolves easily in any drink, hot or cold. Which makes it really easy to take. One of these days I'll get a bone scan to see how my density is doing, but meanwhile I've formed a new wellness habit that is helping to keep me on track in my menopause years.

I trust NatureBell products and this creatine is excellent. It dissolves better in hot liquid than cold but that is to be expected.
