Why does it have so much Thiamin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid & B-12?

thiamin is B-1 pantothenic acid is B-5 and B-12 are very essential B vitamins that we tend not to get enough off and are important for our nervous system our brain and helps metabolism of protein carbs and fat niacin helps with colestoral. I had to look this info up again and so this is why I like that it is higher than most and take it everyday

does this b complex contain any citrus, lactose, or milk?

The label says "This encapsulated product contains no hidden coatings, excipients, binders, fillers, shellacs, artificial colors or fragrance. Contains no dairy, wheat, yeast, gluten, corn, sugar, starch, soy, preservatives or hydrogenated oils." The label doesn't mention citrus so I couldn't say for sure about that one. You may want to contact Pure Encapsulations directly through their website to ask about citrus to be 100% clear.
