There are plenty of reviews online about the handset - excellent choice for a premium small-form phone, but I wanted to comment on the Refurbished element. Absolutely first class service all round. Arrived one day earlier than the expected delivery date. Handset was professionally packed in a fold-out box, and even came with a charger! The charger is one of the slower types, but as most phones (no matter how expensive) don't even come with this included these days, it was most welcome. The only other thing in the package was the small tool for opening the SIM Card drawer. The phone itself is in immaculate condition - you would not know it was refurbished at all. Once charged the installation was straightforward and it works perfectly. I've waited a few days before reviewing to check the battery performance, as that seems to be a concern with refurbished handsets, but I've no complaints. It needs charged at around the same time as my Pixel 8 Pro with similar usage. All in all I'll be planning to upgrade next summer, but to another relatively recent model refurbished handset, rather than spending fortunes on the latest must-have gadget. Just make sure to go for a refurb listed as 'Excellent'.

I like the phone overall, it did arrive in good condition with only 2 marks that are only visible upon close inspection. I believe after about 4 months the battery started to deteriorate and now at 6 months it loses charge very quickly. I always have my phone on power saving mode and have it set to only charge to 80% to ensure battery health. Since the battery is worse, I checked the phones battery activity in settings and I can see that after charging my phone to 80% and about 20 minutes of screen time the battery rapidly decreased even though the phone wasn't being used and then completely died after 4 hours. Again this was in the standard power saving mode with zero screen time. The background app usage also appears to be relatively low and no different than usual. Previously an 80% charge would last overnight and still have 60-70% charge by the morning.

Bought this from Stock Must Go through Amazon UK. Purchased Friday night, arrived Sunday morning. This pre-owned Samsung S22+ arrived in pristine condition with no discernable scratches whatsoever. It came with all accoutrement - charger plug, cable, sim card pokey stick, protective screen film, and in its own cardboard phone box. Software works brilliantly, was easy to transfer old contacts and apps without losing any info, battery life lasts me two days although I don't game or watch many videos. Charges quickly, Camera captures photos with great colour and vibrance. Very happy with all aspects of the phone. My green coloured version looks stunning with it's clean lines and metal casing. Best of all, it's dual sim with back to back sim card slots which means I don't have to carry a work and personal phone around or mess around with Esims. Great price for such a nice phone too .Thanks

Phone in good shape, battery performance is good, I'd say good value for money but esim feature doesn't work phone quality good for refurbished. Phone works well as any other samsung s22 would work. Just doesn't allow any sort of esim. Tried numerous attempts, resetting phone, upgrading software.

Despite a late delivery which got me annoyed which also led to a frustrated poor initial review. My phone arrived yesterday , in great condition and I am happy with it .

Refurbished phone is in excellent condition. Everything works as it should; phone was unlocked; phone readily worked with my Koodo SIM card. Some minor blemishes at the top right corner of the side of the phone are the only hint that this is a refurbished phone; I'm not at all concerned about these marks as the phone is going into a case. Screen and audio are perfect; wireless charging works; USB charging works. The S22 gets a bad rap for battery life but my battery has been just fine. Now, I don't take selfies every few minutes; I don't photograph every meal; I don't tweet or post or stream while walking or driving -- so maybe my use is a little lightweight compared to what the skibidi rizzler kids are doing these days (yo). Battery typically handles two days of of normal use. When I transferred data from my old phone, the S22 did get warm and you could actually watch the battery percentage tick down as the phones ultrasonically spoke with one another. Several Android updates installed themselves during initial setup, and again the phone got warm and used a lot of battery. I am guessing that was some pretty intense activity, as after that the phone has not gotten warm during anything I've been doing and battery life has been excellent. Am only disappointed with one thing: Samsung fakes moon photos. I tried taking photos of a recent full moon without a tripod. Holding the phone by hand, I zoomed in on the moon. The moon was an unfocused blur for most of the photos. But then, once after zooming, the moon suddenly snapped from an unfocused blob into a sharp image. The change on the screen was surprising -- it was very sudden, very unlike the slow sharpening of an image coming into focus: one moment the moon was a blob, then *SNAP!* it was a clear image. Totes fake and Samsung should be ashamed of themselves for pulling this sort of nonsense. If I find out that my photos of the northern lights are fake, I'm going to be really cheesed off. That's my only disappointment with the phone -- lunar photo fakery. Shame, Samsung, shame. Other than that, am very pleased with the phone and the seller -- highly recommended.
