In just two days, the sores were completely dried, and the only thing left was a small scab — which, honestly, is the only downside for me. The sore doesn’t fully disappear; instead, it dries out and scabs, which causes a bit of discomfort, but that’s part of how the healing works. The Herplex tablets were very easy to take, and I had no side effects. I truly believe that using the tablets together with the topical Herpecin-L made a big difference. Did absolutely nothing to abate coldsore. I took 3 tablets a day for 7 days. .Nothing. cold sore still here. Very disappointed!!
