good size; would like them to be thicker; they will be used for multiple purposes in my kitchen. LOVE their cooking utensil set!

Works good for keeping food seperate from the oil, but is not easy to clean like they try to make it look.

I love these....I don't use them for meat as I rarely even cook anymore..but they make a great mat for wet dishes. No more need for me to have a towel under the dish rack.
