Gave myself a pixie cut! I think it’s definitely beginner friendly too, I definitely did cut myself twice using it lol they’re pretty sharp which is good! They worked really well where I thinned out my hair. Good pair for the price!

This is a high quality, super sharp ergonomic scissor to get the bulk easily from my thick head of hair! Doing it myself saves big 💲💲for sure. I just purchased one a few years ago with no experience cutting hair and I just started playing with it cutting a little here and got used to it and it works wonders. My hair is very forgiving as it is so thick, so it doesn't appear that I've chopped through my hair.

I have A LOT of hair and it’s so thick. Every 6 months or so I go to the salon to get it thinned out. However, I ruptured my Achilles tendon in March so I haven’t been able to really go anywhere or drive to have it done. Ordered these and thinned my hair myself. Just be careful if you open them all the way, it stuck wide open a few times but did what I needed them to do. So easy & affordable!
