Helped rehab my shoulder.
Difficult to get on by yourself. Not very comfortable, could have been more adjustable in order to get into place better for different builds of people. But I was able to wear it enough and get my shoulder feeling better. It was a good price and did its job.

How the hell do I put this thing on. ...suicide riddle in black.
How the hell do I put this thing on....UGHHHHHh....this is torture to configure while in persistent pain..........an excruciating trial and error process to trying to twist neoprene and velcro , desperate for any kind of relief or spot of hope and as shoulder blades turned to daggers then to swords. I need help, it's killing me.
