I haven't been taking these long so I can't witness to their efficacy, but I can tell you that I researched the companies and Thorne uses the highest levels of testing with the highest standards in production, which is why I bought them. I have no investment in it other than to tell you that. I received nothing for it.

I have tried a lot of plant base protein powders and this is one of the best tasting/textured yet. Use the full 12oz of liquid recommended and you’ll be happy. I add a little cinnamon and cardamon to it and it’s delicious. Mixes great in smoothies too.
