Knox gelatin has been around a long time. I remember my mom using it to strengthen her nails . My doctor recommended to help with my hip n knee joints . I bought these packets for a trip . This way I can have it in my hot coffee or hot tea at the start of my day. Very convenient and easy to use . For home use I buy it in a tub size. The packets are easy to pack and or throw in a purse or backpack . It’s unflavored so you can put in in your choice of beverage. This is also good to clear up cloudy kombucha ( harmless cloudiness is from ph balance that’s off) one packet of Knox gelatin clears it up and your kombucha is looking healthy again) I have used it before for my cloudy kombucha. I highly recommend and I will buy again.

Works perfectly every time. It dissolves easily, has no flavor, and sets well for desserts and recipes. Good value and reliable product. I would definitely buy again.

It is convenient to have 32 pre-measured packets of gelatin to gel with fruit juice instead of using sugar-laced package mixes. I have been ordering unflavored gelatin from Amazon with much satisfaction at a reasonable price. However, due to a fluke a single packet was torn in an unopened box, which made a mess to clean gelatin off a kitchen counter. I am considering getting Knox gelatin in a container the next time.

Awesome product ! The difference between Knox and agar agar is that Knox finish is milky where’s the other is transparent - both sets the gelatin well ! Knox is great for Almond jelly or mango pudding things that are opaque in nature !
