20v max battery
The factory battery that came with the edger I purchased was defective. I contacted DeWalt and they said the batteries were on back order and they didnโt know when they could get a replacement out to me. Long story short this battery works as good as the replacement battery I received a couple months later.

Not saving money.
Used this battery about three or four times on my DeWalt weed wacker it does not last nearly as long as the DeWalt battery and after the last time I used it it would not recharge it is now garbage
