So far, the ANCEL AD410 Enhanced OBD2 Scanner has met my expectations. I haven’t had any problems with it, and I’ve found it very useful and easy to use. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent product for its intended use. This is my 2nd purchase and it has helped me multiple times to identify faults and have an understanding to either conduct my own repair or provide the codes to my mechanic. It is easy to use and handy when needed.

I think this is a good product to help direct to a possible problem. It worked right off and daily easy to plug and check. The biggest problem was the manual, tiny print and somewhat difficult to follow. My eyes are Pretty dood, but still difficult to read. I think it’s worth the money, but some reasonable mechanical knowledge is needed.

This device is very easy to use. I had an older model made by the same company for years. This one is more compact and has more features. the menu is very easy to follow and will look up the codes for you. I would recommend this to any DYI customers.

Solid device, worked well with my 2017 Nissan Frontier. No more "diagnostic fee" at the mechanic.

Works great. Read my codes, I did the repairs. It cleared my codes after. Drove 80+ miles. Ran codes again and showed no new issues. Went and passed my emissions. Saved me time and money and was very accurate. Device charges and runs off battery making it easy to have in hand and use.

Generally speaking the item is a great choice. However, this review is influenced by the Amazon team. After a failed/delayed delivery, I canceled and reordered. The item showed up in an obvious opened package condition (not the white weather/elements bag that's used by Amazon in packing. Minor crush damage to the manufacturer's box, tab showed signs of manipulation, fingerprints and smudges on the screen.. Item was ordered new and I believe it was a previous return that I had received. Perhaps ordered and quickly used by someone and returned "as unopened/new" after whomever got their initial use out of it. Then it gets tossed back into the "new" bin. This is a bad business practice model. Contacted Amazon CS, was given a sorry and the instructed solution was to contact the manufacturer. Also told I could start a return and just reorder.. Where it would often take > than 3 weeks before the item was refunded. As for the item, I doubt it's faulty.. I've used this brand before and I do believe it to be worth the money. If it ends up being unusable or faulty.. I will amend this review.

Der Anlass mir ein Diagnosegerät zuzulegen war, dass so manche „Aussage / Erklärung“ meiner Autowerkstatt weder nachvollziehbar (Unwissen meinerseits) noch verständlich war. Ich wollte nun selbst wissen, wie ist der Zustand meines Fahrzeuges und wie bekomme ich entsprechende Informationen über das WARUM, wenn eine gelb aufleuchtende Kontrollleuchte warnt. Also ein Diagnosegerät muss her, welches auch einem Laien wie mich, verständliche Informationen liefert. Die Angebote sind sehr umfangreich und vielseitig. Meine Recherchen blieben bei den Produkten von Ancel hängen und so wurde es auch ein Ancel AD 410, welches auch als AD 410 Pro gibt. Fazit eines Laien: Klein und handlich, Menüführung einfach und verständlich, alle wichtigen Funktionen sind schnell lern- und lesbar. Eine Übertragung der Analysen auf einen PC stellt kein Problem dar, sobald man sich das Ancel - Programm geladen hat, deren Updates kostenfrei und für immer zur Verfügung stehen. Der Preis ist auch okay, obwohl man das AD 410 (mit etwas Geduld) auch etwas billiger bekommen kann. Die Lieferung ( kostenfrei) durch Amazon dauerte nur drei Tage, also topp !! Ich würde es wieder kaufen, da es meinen Ansprüchen mehr als genügt und durch eigene Vorherprüfungen mich auf eine mögliche Reparatur und deren Kosten einstellen kann.
