This fabric was perfect....used it to make a tent for back of truck

Seeing that our church's scout troop was dealing with old, torn tent bags, I purchased 20 yards of this fabric to make replacements. The old bags had been virtually destroyed by the kids trying to get the tents into and out of the original bags (fold it just right, roll it just right, tap your heels together three times and forget it). I made the new bags with two layers of this fabric, 2 inches larger in diameter and four inches longer than the originals. This fabric has virtually zero coefficient of friction, meaning the tents (or whatever else you put in there) will slide in and out of the bag effortlessly. The fabric is easy to sew, and perfect for this application. I also used this fabric to make new bags for the tent poles and stakes, and I would definitely buy this fabric again.

Great quality for outdoor use, it get stretched with the sun.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the color choices, but the fabric doesn’t work for what I am making: reusable bags with a self-storage pouch. When the bag comes out of the pouch it is very wrinkled and makes loud crinkly noises. Just not a good match for my end product.
