Woah! A friend recommended that I try a nettle supplement for my sinus issues. She said it might take some time for it to actually work. I’ve had nettle tea before so I felt comfortable trying this supplement.I had been having some major sinus issues lately (practically all my life really, but worse recently). I was taking OTC decongestants and NSAIDs multiple times a day every day. The pain I get from my sinuses usually result in a sinus migraine. So after taking one pill twice a day, literally only for three days I’ve noticed I have not needed to take my OTC meds in 3 days and I’ve felt very clear and able to breathe well!When I got them my husband asked what they were for and I told him they might help his asthma due to allergies. He’s stubborn and doesn’t like taking medication but will try natural herbs. He has been taking two once a day for the past 3 days and has noticed a reduction in wheezing and hasn’t used his prescription steroid inhaler for the last 2 days!I’m pretty impressed. Had my sinus migraines not been severe and his asthma issues very noticeable without his inhaler I might not have believed it. But we have both felt noticeably better in only a short time.

I bought this product because it was supposed to help with stress and to help with sleep. It does help so you can relax without the feeling of being under medication and I have felt better since I began taking it a few months ago.
