I bought this generator recently and I really wanted to know the details how it works. I contacted the company, and the representative was extremely nice, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and also provided me a credit of $35 when I told him I saw this advertisement but when I bought it, I didn't get a discount. After two years of using it, it stopped working properly. Magnetic function didn't work and two lights in the pitcher were not on. I contacted the company, and I have to tell you they have great customer service. The representative replied right away and asked me to send him a short video, which I did. He replied and told me that he already ordered the replacement pitcher for me. I wish all companies had these great policies. Below is what I found and think about this generator. Piurify’s water hydrogenator uses a solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) and polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) to infuse pure and rich hydrogen gas into your drinking water. It’s the most durable and efficient technology on the market right now because it prevents harmful by-products, such as ozone, chlorine, and hydrogen peroxide from entering the water. You have some control over the concentration of infused hydrogen. This machine has so much power. The water tastes excellent. It helps to focus, give extra energy and aids in quick recovery from exercising. Love it and wouldn't want to be without.

This unit is a similar design to the Nikken Pi-Mag Optimizer that also spun the water to oxygenate it that we used years ago but very disappointed when we could no longer purchase the units and some parts. This unit has a dual use with the spinning and then infusing the hydrogen. I had been buying hydrogen water from my local health food store from the Echo machine for $3 a gallon and wanted to purchase one of those units at some point. When I use this unit I put the hydronated water in an amber 1 gallon glass bottle and put in the refrigerator. When you open the cap you can actually hear the release of the hydrogen that has escaped from the water over time which tells me this is doing a good job of getting the hydrogen in the water. The water is acting the same as it did with the water I purchased which the hydrogen would last 2 to 3 days. It would be nice if the unit would spin the water the same time as it hydrogenates it. It requires 2 steps if you want both but I am glad to have it even with 2 steps. I would like more force when turning the water as the rotor is much smaller than the Nikken unit so I discovered if I do not fill it all the way to the line I get more of a vortex if I want more oxygen or just run it a second time if filled to the line. I think this is an amazing unit for the price and what it gives you. I don't have full confidence in its ability to filter the water especially with the issues we have today from the toxins. But I have not researched how effective the rings are that is supposed to remove the chlorine. I run all my water through my Berkey Water filter first then use the unit and I find it works great. So I get super clean filtered water that is also oxygenated and infused with hydrogen. I am recovering from mold toxin exposure which caused 6 areas of Nuclear brain atrophy so getting extra oxygen and hydrogen into my system is a priority for me as I understand the benefits. It is also huge for healing leaky gut which I was also diagnosed with but believe I have corrected that over the last year. Most people have leaky gut but don't know it so I believe everyone should be drinking hydrogen water as a result of the Glyphosate and all the other toxins that is now contaminated our food. I have been on this water for over a week and have noticed a big difference in my energy level and brain function. I am interested to see how long the unit is going to hold up. It appears to be of good quality.

Water clean and crisp had one prior to this one. Also like the option of hydrogenation increases cell energy

I love everything about this little machine, except I am not a fan of the flavor of the water after it goes through all this. I buy hydrogenated water in cans and wanted to eliminate that waste for environmental and cost reasons. The cans have the best tasting water, but I think it's not great to have such a large carbon footprint and the cost adds up. I was drinking hydrogenated water for health reasons. It makes me feel better and I've gone through so much health-wise so anything that helps is worth it for me. So I wanted to try this since hydrogenated water helps me. I like it. I really like it. I like the size of the pitcher. I like that you can oxygenate the water first then hydrogenate it. I like that it's enough for several people to drink it. I take it from my berkey then just hydrogenate it, so it's like the best of both worlds. But the flavor that it leaves is just okay to me. Others seem to not mind it and many others said they love the taste. So maybe the odd flavor will go away with use or maybe it's just my tongue. I don't know. But I love everything else. Everything else to me is 5 stars. It's a cool machine. I'm glad I bought it overall. UPDATE: I read other reviews who also had taste issues. And so I asked my chemical engineer husband what I could soak the filter in to fix the problem. He said vinegar is a good start. So we soaked the filter in white vinegar for about 15 hours, then rinsed it for about 8 minutes in running water. Then put it back in and made a glass. It took the bad taste away. I can't even taste the bad taste anymore. The water pre-filter-soak also gave me an upset stomach, but I didn't write that in my review because I was not 100% sure if it was the water. Today's water gave me an upset stomach again but it was only for a few minutes and not as bad as yesterday. I wanted to be honest about that in my review so others know. But overall, I'm very happy with my product. I still think my cans of hydrogenated water are the best, but I can't keep buying those every month. I've been buying them monthly for 2 years and it's just not economical, but I did it because I had health problems I was overcoming. I am still overcoming them, but in a better position now. So, I hope this helps someone. If you too have a gross taste in the water after using this, try my husband's vinegar method for about 15 hours. Fully immerse it and I don't even think he mixed it with much water. Try that, then rinse it really good in the sink with running water. It solved our problem. And I'm now so happy to have this because even though it's expensive, it will be worth it in the long run. I also do not plan on using it with every glass of water just like once a day, so I think this will be worth it for our family and save money in the long run. And I am praying the health benefits are as good as the canned hydrogenated water I buy. Because I'm buying it for my health even more so than the economic / environmental benefit, although those matter too.

I have been using this hydrogen water generator for 9 months. There are 2 of us here that use it daily. We really appreciate the water it produces. I do not know how to tell if it is hydrogenated, but I know that it is better filtered than our tap water. I feel much safer drinking water, and we no longer drink water from the tap. I do feel energized after drinking it, so maybe that is the hydrogen showing itself! It is extremely easy to use and clean. I make 6 to 10 pitchers of water a day. I am diligent in cleaning it and changing the filter as suggested. I have never smelled anything strange in the water and have never experienced any bad taste. We both find it to be tasteless and odorless. It is compact so it does not take up much space, and it is fun to watch it spin and bubble! The company sent our free filters immediately after we registered the machine. They sent us message to thank us for the purchase and to make sure we were satisfied. Could not ask for better service! We are extremely happy with this hydrogen water generator and recommend it to anyone thinking of purchasing one. UPDATE: Back to say it’s been 2 years now since we purchased this and we still love it! Still use it exclusively for our drinking water. Also, I use it when fermenting and have never had a problem. We are so happy that we bought this! As an added bonus, we are very happy to see that the replacement filters have not increased in price in the 2 years we have owned it. If you purchase one, I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do ours.

I bought this in November of 2023. I used it daily. We already have a reverse osmosis filtration system on our house, but I liked the extra filtration and benefits this product produced. The other day I put a new filter and the vortex system stopped turning. I contacted Piurify by email on a Saturday and was responded back by Sunday. Mark was the service rep and he asked for me to send a quick video of the vortex not spinning. I promptly sent it out and within a few hours they said they would replace it. He was very kind and I appreciated how well he treated the situation. He could have snubbed me and told me it was past the return time, but instead he wanted to make things right. This company handled my inquiry so quickly, efficiently, and respectfully. I would definitely buy from them again. The product is sturdy, and for the 2 years 5 months - I was using it daily, so it is well made. It takes up the size of a blender on the counter, and you can put the water pitcher in the fridge. I am very impressed with how they stand by their product. It is nice to know there are still some quality companies out there. Thank you.

Hydrogenators do not work with mineral rich water, that is you can not put hydrogen into water that has no where to receive and attach extra hydrogen. Your tap water and filtered fridge water do not have room for any hydrogen. However, distilled and RO water do have a charge and are able to attached hydrogen. I purchased a hydrogen reagent kit and tested controls against RO, Distilled, fridge filtered, tap, and alkaline water using this purify device. The maximum hydrogen that was able to be added to both RO and distilled water was 500ppb using the maximum cycle on this junk. All other water types yielded below 100ppb/ were so low they couldn’t be tested accurately. The device was cleaned using the auto clean cycle before each test. Before all the tests, I placed the prescribed vinegar in the device and let it sit to clean it thoroughly. However, I have only made about 20 containers of water using this device since buying about 3 weeks ago. Given the device advertises 1300 ppm on the max cycle, and I was only able to put 500 in the RO water, I consider this as getting scammed or lied to. I’m returning this.
