A good source of fiber with noticeable drop in cholesterol. This is the main ingredient in the big named MM brand 4-in1 fiber but that has additional additives/sweeteners I am not interested in. There are warnings all over the package about choking but I have never had an issue as I mix two heaped teaspoons into 16oz of water, stir for about 5 to 7 seconds and then down the lot. I do notice however that the husk left behind on the glass sides does gel soon after and is not easy to remove if left to dry. Yes it is not delicious, it does taste like cardboard but it’s not unpleasant and I down it so quickly I hardly notice. Very happy and will continue to order.

Ah, the world of psyllium fiber....the good, the bad, and the entirely useless. This Konsyl 100% pure psyllium powder does exactly what it is supposed to do, without fail. It tastes horrid but we all know that. If you don't drink it within seconds, it solidifies...as expected. For those of us who must use it, this is the best since it does exactly what it is supposed to do very efficiently. The product is pure and of high quality. This price point is not out of line, although high. If you've been told you need it, then get it. It works!

This is definitely needed in your keto baking Supplies. Acts as a binder in bread and other baked goods. It has a lot of fiber..great Healthy choice .

I add this to smoothies, or cold water with a twist of lemon. It helps with regularity and reportedly helps with lowering cholesterol and slowing down sugar absorption. Drink plenty of water after it.

Nicely powdered psyllium husk dissolves well in liquids and incorporates easily n recipes. No strong taste.

P65 warning!!!!!!!!! I’m soooooooooo tired of taking supplements that taste like crap and thinking just power through for your health then seeing the p65 warning in the smallest of letters!! I had 3 whole bags of poison before I seen it!! I would give zero stars if I could

I use this to help with my ulcerative colitis symptoms and it really helps and has brought my cholesterol down to normal. Great fiber.
