What is the weight limit?

i didn't see one listed but i'm like 315 and i haven't had a problem.

Does this help relieve stenosis?

Lying over this on your back will extend the vertebrae and make the holes even smaller where the nerves come out - which is the problem with spinal stenosis. Check out "Getting the Most Out of Your Inversion Table" - it will show you how to decompress your spine - which is what spinal stenosis sufferers need the most! Hope this helps!

Do you lay on this or sit?

It is placed on the floor and lay on it. It has really stretched my back and helped my sciatica. I recommend it highly.
