This magnesium works well and I have been taking for some time now. I take one capsule at night before sleeping and I get a very good deep sleep. In the morning I take the same brand K2 & D3 and it helps with my immune system so I don’t get sick very often. Thanks and will be back to buy again.

This particular magnesium supplement is definitely costlier than others available in the Indian market, but I trust the purity offered by Solaray. My experience after using it for 3 nights is that sleep is deep, restful, and uninterrupted. If you get up in the middle of the night, it is very easy to fall back asleep. The days feel much better after taking this supplement. I have not yet seen how it affects muscle recovery, as I have not done any strength training while using it. On a side note, I had some bloating issues on the 3rd day. I am deducting one star because I suspect magnesium might have some role in it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wishes to improve their sleep and increase their energy levels for the coming day.
