Children would love these. I'm a senior citizen and I like them. I haven't a clue if they help healthwise or not but I figure they aren't hurting me so I try and remember to take ONE per DAY.

Added sugar is a bummer
Not sure why these have added sugar in it but a fibre gums from the same brand appear not to have added sugars? Would be a plus if it didn't include added sugars. I won't buy this again.

Pleasant tasting and effective dietary supplement
These are a great tasting supplement that have been a huge long term benefit to my digestion and health. Started them after a couple of medical procedures really messed my body’s normal working. Recommend them.

Ignore negative review - you take 1 a day
I have found these really great - taste good, do the job and are vegan. Perhaps less sugar would be better but then sugar over other sweeteners for me! Please note these are 1 a day so yes, there are two months supply so the other reviewer claiming they a 2 a day and therefore you only get 1 months supply is WRONG.
