Does the knife in this Pfaltzgraff garland frost have serrated edges at the end?

Yes they are slightly, you can see it in the picture if you enlarge it.

Is this continental or luncheon size?

I really don't recall. It contained salad and dinner forks ,knifes, tea spoons ,table spoon. Regular sized EVERYTHING compared to my other set,just the weight is a bit light.

Has anyone else experienced a problem with Rust?

I just bought this product in November 2018. The rust issue has NOT been resolved. Rust is appearing on the knives after the first wash! Disappointed.
