Ultimate Foldable Wheelbarrow - up to 300lbs

Product broke during first use. Snaps fell off on the back flaps and the rubber handles tore on both handles. I emailed the company and they have not replied. I just inquired as to what my options were....it was a very disappointing birthday present for my husband.

Instruction for assembly are very poor. First assembly put handles on wrong side and was unable to fold wheelbarrow. Had to take apart and re-assemble. Still unable to mount tubeless tire to hub after several attempts. If I cannot get the tire on the hub and inflated, I will have to return it.

Updated 02/09/17 -- Seller (IM Prime) contacted me for feedback and we determined that the item is operable. I was provided a partial refund for the issues I raised. Based on their fast communication and desire to work things out, I'm raising the feedback from 3 stars to 4. This inexpensive and foldable wheelbarrow will easily handle the tasks I have in our small yard. Original Post: Took a little longer than expected to arrive. Box had another shipping sticker that had been covered over (like it was used to ship to another customer). Wear marks on metal parts near the wheel area. I believe I received a re-furbished unit. Assembled unit. Two fasteners that hold the blue "gate" near the handles fell out and I was not able to re-install them. Called HISC (the 866 number on the instructions). They say the sold all remaining stock of this items to a clearance center 5 years ago. They cannot help me fix the issue of the broken fasteners. I'm going to try using it as is and then make my decision about the necessity of these fasteners. I think I can use it without them. I'm not happy with the item so far, but if it moves light amounts of dirt and rocks around my yard, I'll be okay with it. I plan to update this review after using it some.

This wheelbarrow isn’t good for holding and moving much of anything. It is lightweight, but it is so shallow that things just fall out.😕

I was looking for something lightweight and easy to use to carry large items from my car to the house, this wheelbarrow fits the bill. I use this wheelbarrow to carry my groceries, and anything else that will fit in my vehicle, from the car to the house and it's perfect for this use. Also, it's very light, but has a strong vinyl barrow that can carry plenty of groceries, usually all my groceries in one trip. Also, the wheelbarrow itself is very light which makes it easy to maneuver, even when full. Buying this wheelbarrow was money well spent.

This works great. The only problem I had was inflating the tire. The tube is really short and in a confined space. I managed to find an old bicycle pump that worked, then broke. So I'm not sure what I'll do when it needs more air.
