Guess I'll keep my pictures too.
Amazon deleted my last review? I guess all I'll say is, these work good for their intended purpose, so read the box. Not permenant supports, tool for temporary support or addition reinforcement. These do not replace proper foundation supports. Good luck, I'd give more details if it wouldn't be a waste of my time.

Excellent Product - EXCELLENT PRICE
We use two of these under our deck to support beams and reduce sag/dip repair. Worked perfectly HIGHLY RECOMMEND! FYI: itโs a 2 person job to install but fairly east to do.

A great solution for short problems!
I used four of these to jack up an exterior wall that had been left improperly supported and was beginning to sag. At the tallest I had a space of 10-1/2", at the shortest it was 6-3/4". Based on advice I got here, I ordered them with the plan of sawing them off to custom lengths- 6-5/8" turned out to be the absolute minimum the pipe can be shortened without needing to saw off the screw post as well (and that would be no fun). I was hoping I had gotten good advice, and it turned out they were right. I was prepared to prime and paint where I had cut, but as it turned out the paint was not well adhered on mine, and a full repaint was going to be in order if I wanted decent rust protection. For the price they are sold at I think they are a bargain as is, but if you want to de-grease, prep and repaint, you will end up with a more durable product. If they won't be exposed to wet conditions, they should be fine as is. These are robust and work as advertised, and the price I found on Amazon was great.

Very heavy duty
I use this for level my floor. Very though. Good for the price. Don't have to be a new one. It saved half of the cost.

Completely satisfied
Perfect for the job I used it for. Jacked up the corner of my sun room then encased it in concrete. Sturdy and easy to use. Couldn't find this size in my local stores

Worked perfectly on my deck.
I was having to repair a rotten joist on my floating deck, and discovered that a support beam had sagged almost 1/2 inch. This tool looked like the answer to my problem. And it was, with some extra tinkering on my part. The bottom edge of the beam was eleven inches off the ground, which is lower than the jack's lowest setting, so I had to dig out enough earth for a 2-inch concrete support block for the jack to rest on. Once that was done and the support block was leveled I was able to get the jack under the beam and begin the raising process. Recommended.

Plates not welded/secured is a problem in many applications
Since it the plates are not welded, I returned them for ones that were. I can't imagine dragging these through my crawlspace when they come apart merely by tipping them off center. Only gravity and then, when employed, the weight of whatever is above them holds the plates in place. I needed a single solid piece I could drag to my destination. I also live in earthquake country, so a welded single piece is important for possible sheer loads.

These jacks work really well in crawl spaces that have very low clearance. I am building a support system under my entire house to reinforce several sagging floor joists using these with a combination of wooden beams. I can say that I can already notice a huge improvement in my homes floor with the installation of a few of these jacks. I will be ordering several more of these in the near future to finish this ongoing project.
