This guided breathing sloth is so cute! I love that it has lights and calming sounds like water waves and fire crackling. The guided breathing feature is really helpful because it changes colors when you’re supposed to breathe in and then changes again when breathing out. Super useful for taking a moment to calm down and relax.

Love this little device. Great quality, and battery seem to last, as I have not had to charge it yet and have used it for a few days now. Not only that the buddha is adorable☺️ It's very easy to use and has 5 different settings. Comes with instructions, and the best part is that they're also printed at the bottom of the little guy so if you forget how many times to press the button to get to the breathing program you want, all you need to do is flip it. ✨🫶🏼 I get anxious during the day and sometimes forget to breathe properly. This little guy helps me get back on track without getting distracted by counting. This Breathing device should be at every school and every classroom. 😌

It’s great I adore Mindsight’s stuff!! I got it for my sister & I would absolutely love one for myself too. All of Mindsight’s products are awesome in my opinion! It’s soft & breathable (literally you can squish him lol) & has a variety of colors & sounds that are so peaceful. Excellent portability as well.

For the price, this is the best meditation assistant device available anywhere, at this time. I do think my additional purchase of an hourglass is necessary, without a timer for me it's hard to focus. I have a BA in Psychology & have formal meditation training for decades, in fact 3 decades as a Certified Yoga Therapist- even with the authors of Meditation for Dummies, Yoga for Dummies, & the founder of the military PTSD meditation research- I studied computer based meditation in College, "Biofeedback"- & yes, if you have the money look into Tech For Psych- expect to pay $500 or more. Right now for me, I have a Concussion now from a car accident 3 years ago, & my lawsuit hasn't paid out yet the $2 million I was promised. This is very simple and easy to use, not too small, not too big. There are a lot of competing devices, I picked this one after looking at them all. It has the 3 breathing methods, plus night light lamp, which I actually use a lot now. I only use the "stream" noise, or no noise. It's ridiculously convenient, just put it on a table or at eye level & start breathing & counting or using a mantra word or whatever works for you. Sand hourglasses can be found here on Amazon for about $9, of various minutes. That's the only criticism I have, it doesn't have a timer or way to end your meditation formally. Maybe you can set a gong timer on your phone. Might be the best money you ever spend, learning to calmly breathe, practicing this. I know BKS Iyengar wrote a huge book, Light on Pranayama, and this Breathing Buddha isn't on that level. This is simple & easy and worthy. I cannot recommend it higher, if you are looking for something like this, get this one.

EDIT: Fantastic customer service! Would likely order from this company again :) Such mixed opinions on this. I feel like I would be completely satisfied with my purchase if I had not upgraded to the one with sound features. The sounds for this are pretty awful. They sound artificial and noisy. But on the other hand, I love the lights. The colors are beautiful and blend well together and I adore the night light feature! There are a couple of different breathing patterns, which is neat. It's super soft, smooth and smooshy! It comes with a charger. It's pretty small so I can imagine it'd be easy to travel with. It's cute so you don't have to worry about hiding it when it's not in use. Overall, a good value for my money if like I said, I didn't get the one with sound. Just stick with the regular one and you'll be ok.

Very cute squishy little lamp. The only thing I don’t like is it has a built in timer for only 3 hours. I’d prefer to keep it plugged in and stay on 6 or 8 hours. I needed another night light, One of my budgies hates the dark. But either way keeping I’m it because I love mushroom art and it’s adorable. On/off switch is at the bottom usb also plugs in at the bottom. To dim or brighten you tap it lightly on surface. Doesn’t tip over easy. Wipes clean easy and an older child that won’t chew on it, could carry it around to and from. All in all, happy with purchase.

I suffer from anxiety. It is often worse in the morning, and the feeling when it is coming on is terrible. I have tried breathing exercises before, as well as other devices intended to help me monitor my breath. None of these was as useful as this item. I bought this after seeing someone online recommend it as helpful. It sat in my cart and then in my saved for later folder, as I didn't know if a plastic breathing cloud was worth the ~$25 that this cost. After a particularly bad morning, I ordered the breathing cloud. Initially, I found it hard to sync my breath with the changing of colors, but that only pointed out to me how off my breathing was. By concentrating, I was able to follow the changing lights and regulate my breath. Over the span of a week, I found it easier and easier to regulate my breath, and with that, my anxiety lessened considerably. In fact, even when driving in the car, I used the skills I was developing through using this to calm myself and refocus. This works by the clouds changing color as you go through the different stages of breathing, such as inhale, hold, exhale, and hold. (There are several programs, but this program is most useful.) I purchased the model with the sound, and it helps with relaxation when getting ready for bed. The sound quality is very good. I like to practice breathing exercises with my eyes closed, and this doesn't have a sound to alert you to the next step in the process. However, even with your eyes closed you can "see" the colors changing. This meditation tool is worth every penny! I only regret not purchasing this earlier; it has been that effective!

My 5 and 7 year old daughters are obsessed with these! So cute and helps for them to use on their own to calm down.

It is what it is described to be ! I’m very happy with my purchase 🙂. The only downside is the hole they design for the Buddha to be charged is a little bit difficult I find 😂. But still manageable.

Me arrepentí de comprarlo. Pensé que tenía más opciones o programas pero solo cambia de color en cada sección de respiración (que es algo que fácilmente puede hacerlo uno solo, contando mentalmente los segundos). Para lo que es, no vale la pena el gasto. Solo puedo darle la opción de "decoración" y eso ni tanto, porque es solo una pieza de silicón. Inviertan su dinero en otra cosa.
