HIDHUT Light Hanging Rope Ratchet Pair

I bought two of these, and they are exactly as advertised. I was a bit surprised at how small they were. The cord is very thin, but it appears to be very strong. If you need a small ratcheting cord, this will certainly do the job, and it seems to be well made.

I liked that the ends close, much better than hooks. The ropes are lightweight, but good enough for our kayaks. Tie a knot in the rope, because if you let it run through the ratchet, it is a real pain to rethread it.

First of all, yes they are plastic, so don't go trying to hoist an elephant with one of these things. Second, despite being plastic, mine work very well, stay sturdy and snug, and hold a lot of weight.

I purchased these a few months ago to be used to hang my reflectors in place inside of my grow tent. They are rated to 75lbs so with my reflectors being 50lbs each I figured I wouldn't have an issue (they are actually rated at 150lbs for the pair - I used a pair to hang 50lbs).Well they worked ok for a good 2-3 months, however when I was nearing the end of my flowering period, they got hot/humid and gave out, thus dropping my reflectors on top of my plants and burning up my months worth of work. Since this time, the heat/humidity has lowered yet they still wont hold. I have to tie the extra string real tight of the ratchets can't hold the weight (again I am hanging 50lbs and these are rated for 75lbs).So if you cherish what will be beneath these things, I suggest you get some from another company. I WILL NOT EVER CHANCE USING THESE AGAIN.Thanks to these POS hangers I am out a lot of medicine. It will take me another 3-4 months to get back to where I was before this disaster. Everything was going perfect until the HIDHUT hangers failed and allowed my reflectors to drop onto the plants.THINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING MONEY ON THESE!

They make life so much easier, just go ahead and grab them you won't regret it! I've bought 6 sets of this particular brand and they all seem very durable and as if they would last YEARS.

i have bought sets for all my lights now and are working great no regrets and the price is aswesome

The price was cheap but the rope rachet is not. It is quality and makes my life so much easier.

i like this product a lot much stronger and safer than some of the products ive used in the past thx..
