I really like the strawberry flavor. I do notice a boost in energy but it's not an amazing boost. I hate drinking water by itself and a lot of supplements don't taste so great but this tastes pretty good that I look forward to drinking water with it

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been really happy with this amino powder! It mixes easily, tastes better than I expected, and is gentle on my stomach. I’ve noticed improved recovery and more consistent energy since adding it to my daily routine. The quality is excellent, and I’ll definitely be purchasing it again!

This product works. When I take it on workout days, I'm not sore the next day. Two things to note: 1) it will not arrive quickly. It generally takes a couple of weeks to arrive after ordering it. 2) the taste is absolutely terrible. We have the strawberry flavor, and refer to it as "if strawberries could be AI, that's how this tastes." Like, we know what it's supposed to taste like, but if it wasn't labelled, I'd never come up with "strawberry." But it is so worth it. We take it religiously after going to the gym.

These are the best bcaa’s you’ll find. They taste so good. They help keep you full. I feel so good on these. The digest well and mix in smooth with water. They smell like sweet strawberries.

Would give zero. Product is trash, taste like garbage. I first got lemon lime and it taste like the stuff you will drink before a colonoscopy. After suffering through that we purchased strawberry with the high hopes that be better and to our surprise it was drastically worse. Wish could return that’s how terrible they were.

These are my favorite aminos thus far because they WORK. However, the taste isn't amazing...it's not terrible, but it definitely isn't as good as some other brands I've tried. That said though, I'm drinking it for the positive benefits and, again, it's not horrible tasting by any means, so I will continue to pay a little more and buy this supp.

I just started taking this I feel like I am less sore post workouts so it’s effective. No digestive issues. Tastes delicious for a supplement. I actually look forward to taking it. Maybe a little expensive but I just got into aminos. Dosage is easy to take. No side effects. Haven’t taken it long enough to evaluate energy.
