Flexible and Durable Threshold Strip with Adhesive
The package arrived with the rubber strip and adhesive. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The strip was easy to cut to size with scissors. The adhesive was excellent and the only negative was that I ordered the white rubber strip but the adhesive is black - no big deal since you don't see the adhesive once glued in place. Overall, this is an excellent product, ideal for an old garage door and keeps the rain and ants away.

Generally, a fine product
This product does what it's intended to do and is easily installed. However, I deducted one star because I ordered the gray strip and it was should have been shipped with a tube of gray adhesive, instead of black (which would've been suitable for the black version of the strip). I've installed such seal strips before, and the adhesive is usually gray/neutral colored, which is ideal for the typical installation on concrete and tends to be less messy and obtrusive than the black. A minor thing, maybe, but it would just as easy to do it right.

No more water seeping into the garage from the bottom of the garage door and or debris I highly recommend this product. It’s actually very easy to install i’ve never done anything like this before and I’m a girl. It was a little messy the adhesive is black so let your imagination run with that. I would have preferred for the adhesive to have been clear and or white and that it came with a colored pencil or chalk to mark the floor with ease. This is an excellent product. I highly recommend..

works perfect and is well manufactured
I replaced double doors for an outside entrance to my basement and this worked perfectly for the threshold. Comes with an adhesive and it adheres well to the concrete.

Length is not 10' just under 9'
Item was ok. But be aware if you need anywhere close to 10'. It's actually not even 9'. Luckily I only needed 6'.
