I was suggested to use this ball as part of Physiotherapy exercise. This is very good and serves my need exactly as needed.

First off, it is an amazing product for pilates. Second, it is definitely not anti slip as mentioned or atleast for me it is not. People who have sweaty hands or usually people who.sweat profusely during the workout really need to think before purchasing this product. It really doesn't give you the comfort to hold it if you have a sweaty hand. It can be annoying in the midst of a workout.

The ball is made of good quality material... Used for physiotherapy, and does it's work well... Drawback is after I fill it up with the straw provided along.... I lose 25% of the air by the time I block the inlet... Not sure how to overcome this issue... Otherwise all good..

It's a sturdy ball for excercise.

This exercise ball withstands maximum squeeze for leg execerise. Note : With the ball you will get straw using that fill the gas in nearby two Wheeler gas shop , when maximum gas filled remove the staw immediately then block gas leak using the white button.

Sent a low quality ball which I put for exchange. The new ball looked good but as soon as I fill air it looses 50 percent air the next day ..not recommended to buy this
