I like it!
I love this litter box for my two cats, I had no problem with it. However sometimes I would not get the middle tray sitting correctly, and the majority of the litter would exit the bottom. I purchased a carpet to go underneath it. So when this did happen I would just pour the litter back in.My large cat would poop outside the box, so I also purchased walls to go around it, this stopped this from happening most of the time. She still sometimes turns and puts her butt in the opening and poops over the front edge.If the litter gets to low, it does get stuck in the slots at the bottom of the tray. When this does happen I use a pooper scooper to push the litter out of the slots, and than a disinfecting Clorox wipe to clean it out the rest. I also noticed if I do not use a Clorox wipe to wipe down the tray, the litter does get stuck to the sides.

bad choice go with omega paw instead litter sticks keeping only because cats like pita
flimsy, litter stains the plastic so does pee, grates that you sift in clog, litter sticks to the walls and bottom. hard to sift. needs to be non sick, higher and a darker color to hide staining. sand does leak through out the bottom so have a pee pad down to catch from under neath and have to put pads all around because its too low and without pads to catch/dump litter back in I would be sweeping every ten minutes. would rather send back but cats like. I hate it because its a pain in the bass. way more work than any other litter box I have/had including electric and omega paw. Hope you like to sweep and wipe. Would not buy. The omegas are so much better , even the catit ones with the handle are better. Would be smarter to put it on top of a container and pour used litter into it than letting the cats use it. If the cats didn't like it so much I would. They like this and the omega paw and the catit smart sift. its me having issues with the first and third. Spend another 5 or 6 bucks and get the omega paw instead of this. Bigger footprint but done in seconds.

Works well, but with a few caveats
This litter box works well for easily sifting through the litter to remove the waste, but it has a few caveats:The three layers all have slots on the bottom, and you have to remember to align them correctly so that the litter doesn't all fall out of the bottom. There's a lip on one side of each of them so that you know how to do this - just make sure the bottom layer's is on one side, the middle is on the other and the top is on the same side as the bottom. Sounds easy enough, but in practice I've forgotten to realign the top layer when moving it to the bottom. For that reason I ended up putting them all in a larger litter box so that in a worst case scenario, I don't end up with kitty litter all over the floor. But I think even when aligned correctly, there's still going to be some litter that falls through the cracks to the bottom. Whenever I sift my cat's litter & move the top layer to the bottom, I always see a little bit of litter in the larger litter box I mentioned using above. Maybe it's just hard to sift perfectly without making a little bit of a mess. And as some other reviews have mentioned, litter will still clump in the grates and you'll have to wash these to remove it. So it's not perfect, but in my opinion it's still less effort than using a scoop

Great litter box
Works great and easy to clean. Very little leakage from the bottom & kitten used it with no problem.

Not wort it!
Wast of money! The cat's walking on it forces the litter through the other 2 layers, its all over the carpet!. When trying to sift it goes everywhere, the waste all sticks to the liner and we have to scrub it EVERY TIME!. now we have one sitting in the old litter box and have to sift it into a box, clean the layer, then put it back in the old litter box, then put the litter back in. It's more work then it was before, not wort the effort!

The litter falls through and leaves a mess constantly
I agree with most of the other reviews the litter falls out at the bottom, itโs and awkward size itโs hard to find a litter catcher Mat to put under it. Really wish I had been able to return it during the return window. Super disappointed!

Best cat box I have ever bought!
Best cat box I have ever bought!Luuup Litter Box - 3 Sifting Tray Cat Litter Box- Easy to Clean with Non-Stick Coating - Stylish, High-Sided Design with Spill Guard (15.4"x20.2"x7.5")I didn't like it...I love it!!! This is the best one I have ever owned. The litter box consists of three plastic trays and a soft plastic removable edge. Some reviews pointed out that Non-Stick Coating doesn't work. Make sure that liquid waste has absorbed the litter. These complaints might be resolved by adding 3-4 inches of clumping cat little. Add more litter if necessary to maintain the proper level per the instructions. With that said, it worked for me. The litter tray must have a special type of plastic because the feces and urine does NOT stick and if it does...cleans up quick and easy!!!In May 2022 I bought an Omega Paw VMRA20-1-PR Premium Roll 'N Clean Self Cleaning Litter Box. Don't waste your money on this one. I tried different types of litter: clumping and plant based. This one did not work well for me. The interior slide-in grate pops out and comes apart when it is rolled it to the side. A mix of cat mess and clean litter would end up in the tray. The cat waste sticks to the inside and its very hard to clean. I found it necessary to take it outside and use a spray-nozzle to clean it. Do not waste your money on this one! The idea for this product might work if a sturdy plastic grate slide in was used instead of a flimsy one. A little engineering and quality material would go a long way. Overall, it is on the delicate and flimsy-side! It is retired to a box it the garage.Several years ago...I bought an electric litter box. It was hard to clean, messy, and required constant cleaning. The cons for an electric device is that it is expensive, requires a lot of cleaning, and the motor failed in about a year. We replaced the electric device with a plastic tray with a sifter. It was hard to clean.

Easy to clean - unless you are drunk
Cleaning the litter box is something we always hate to do. It seems like a chore that requires gloves, a mask, and maybe even take a shower and a change of clothes afterward. After reading the reviews, we almost didn't try the product. We have 3 litter boxes and we figured that if the LUUP litter box didn't work out, we wouldn't replace the other two. I read that this litter box is a lot messier to change. But it's not. I imagine if I was drunk it might be messier. I don't recommend attempting to clean the litter box while drunk. But as long as you are sober, it's easy to change it without making a mess. Here's what you do. Grab an old newspaper. Or maybe a paper towel or a tissue, Get it a bit damp. Use water to dampen it- if your cats are anything like ours, scented cleaning products make them boycott the litter box. Lift the top box and let the litter sift to the bottom box. Pour any "presents" the cat has left into a trash bag. If anything sticks to the litter box, here's where you'll need the damp paper towel. It wipes up very easily with plain water, as long as you use clumping litter. (We haven't tried this with non-clumping litter.) Dry it. Then give the part that was on top a quarter turn and put it on the bottom. That's it. It takes about 1 minute. We have found that it's important to make sure there is enough litter in the box. If the litter gets too low, it's more likely to stick to the sides of the pan. Also, put a litter box mat or rug under the box. If you do accidentally try to change the box while drunk, it's easier to clean up if it spills on the mat. Since ordering the first one, we went ahead and replaced the other two. Now we keep a spray bottle of plain water and some paper towels nearby. It is a lot easier to clean than standard litter boxes. And it's almost fun. I mean, cleaning a litter box isn't fun but as litter box cleaning goes, it's almost fun. Just don't clean the litter box while drunk.
