Good filter quality. Size is as described. Very easy to change and it seals with the top of the cartridge. Great functionality, I have it after a sediment filter and it delivers cristal clear water.

Just put the first on in. Water is very good. Just don’t know how long before it needs replaced.

I use these filters in my whole house filtration system and under my kitchen sink gooseneck faucet. The gooseneck filter is just added assurance that my coffee and drinking water is always just about as good as it can possibly be. When changing the cartridge with this brand, there is not a lot of particulate carbon that other filters seem to leave. There doesn't seem to be a flushing time listed for these filters but, because of the low residual of carbon fines, I have shortened the flushing process to just a few gallons. This seemed to be adequate after testing for clarity and taste. Some name brand filters require flushing for 40 minutes, I don't think that I'll be running 80 gallons of water through my gooseneck. What more can be said? Each cartridge in my whole house system lasts for several months. The gooseneck filter, since it is secondary, lasts much longer. With these filters the well water is delicious and has no odor. One more note: This filter is not recommended for use as a whole house filter and is rated at 1 GPM, This is definitely a super conservative rating. Flow rate, of course, is dependent on line pressure and other factors. At 60 PSIG, this filter is definitely suitable for my whole house filter system and with actual testing will overflow a 5 gallon bucket in 1 minute. I have found that this is more than ample for my home with 3 bathrooms. The indicator that I use to determine the necessity for filter change is shower droop when other water is used. This of course means that the 5 micron filter is becoming restrictive.

I switched to Aquaboon Water filters primarily because APEC filters were a bit pricey, and these are nearly half the cost. In terms of quality, I didn’t notice much of a difference visually between these and the APEC filters. Additionally, I’m getting the same amount of lifespan out of them, and the water tastes just as good. Overall, you're getting a comparable product at a much more affordable price. Definitely a great value for anyone looking to save without compromising on quality.

These filters work awesome! Easy to install. Fit perfectly. I can definitely notice a difference in the water quality! Just getting ready to install my 5th filter will continue to use this product! Highly recommend!
