Great product good people
The ispring team especially Michelle are really great . You can talk to someone on the phone who is knowledgeable about their products! Very refreshing to actually speak to a human! They quickly helped us with our problems. I highly recommend this company.

Great reliable filters
We have a four-stage filtration system on our well with this in the middle (between a 50 micron spin-down filter and a 0.5 micron filter that gets the tiny silt this one won't get (and a heavy metal filter in the fourth stage). These things last a long time, and the water is delicious. Easy to install and fits perfectly in our iSpring filter housing.

Amazing customer service
This company has amazing customer service, especially Sean over there. The equipment works very well most of the time, and when it does not, they immediately rectify the situation. A great value all around.

Great product and customer service
We use these filters for our well water and they do a great job filtering out sediment. Recently we had an issue with one of the filters and ispring's customer service was quick to respond and send us a new filter without a problem. Sean helped get us a replacement filter quickly. He was professional and friendly. Truly a great company making excellent products!

Great Customer Service!
I am very pleased with the ispring water filter system. Also pleased with the customer service at ISpring. When IHad a question about the canister Michelle was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company!

Great filter
I have a set of three filters but decided to try to replace only one because I have more sediment than normal and got lucky that it worked. I will replace all of them on my regular schedule for sure

High capacity work much better
Buying lots of water filters can be costly but get the high capacity is worth it and lasts longer. System works without issues and im glad i go it from Amazon as price is much better.

This product is second to none in water filteration
There is nothing to dislike in the product and product support. The Indian filters claim they are 5 microns. They are big cheats, only after using you will know. While using ISpring filters, use it with ISpring housing. You will see crystal clear water that you will wonder at the technology behind it, that is ISpring a hi tech company with a mindboggling range of products and they are also into IT but that is a sister concern

Very pleased with water purity
Bought the 3 stage whole house iSpring filtration system and works like a charm. City water is deep well causing dirty shower stall grout needing scrubbing every 2 weeks prior to install. Now water is clean fresh healthy. Picture shows 5 micron sediment filter after 7 months covered in red/brown sludge. Significant and rapid pressure drop was my trigger to replace. Highly recommend and would buy the 3 stage iSpring filtration system again. I keep 3 spare 5 micron sediment filters on hand in case of supply chain problems.
