Really good! It works great on both pork ribs and chicken, as long as you use a generous amount. My only complaint is that the container is too small for the amount I use.

This is delicious seasoning. We put it on a ham for the smoker and it turned out so good. Definitely recommend this, it has a hint of bourbon with sweetness from the brown sugar.

Great on Ribs... We smoked some ribs and the taste of this with the Pork, oh myyyyyyy. Expiration date is way ahead in time too.
