Good day. I just recieved the package. I really disappointed. I ordered full set with gloves and socks and I recieved only one glove! I would like to understand where is the rest of package ?

Great product, but if for chemo, your provider may offer these for free.
I got these for chemo, only to discover that my hospital actually provides the mitts, at no charge, during treatment, and even keeps them in a -22 degree freezer on site! They do not provide the booties, and to be honest, I have yet to use the booties. To chicken, I guess to freeze my feet. I have thus far suffered no side effects from chemo in my hands or feet. Nails are doing great, and no neuralgia has developed. I am on four rounds of AC and about to switch to four rounds of Taxol.

Freezes easily, comfortable, works well.
Iโm currently undergoing chemo and the nurse recommended cold booties and mittens to help stave off neuropathy in my feet and hands. The SuzziPad item I purchased came complete with cold packs. It came with a bag to put cold packs in while freezing. The chemo that can cause neuropathy requires a 3 hour drip and during my first treatment the cold packs did not stay frozen the entire time. I purchased a second set of cold packs and now I change them out 1/2 way through the infusion of that specific medicine. They work very well! I have only had a slight tingling on the bottom of my feet; it does not last long and I have not had any sign of the tingling worsening. Highly recommend this and recommend purchasing a second set of ice packs if your use exceeds a couple of hours. The mittens are quite large but they work well.
