SOLID CHAIR AND STOOL! EASY TO ASSEMBLE!
I REALLY wanted to go for the plush velvet finish but with cats thought the teddy fleece would be better as a base and I could dress up with chenille velvet throw and a plush velvet. Cushion! SO happy I took that decision! The chair was so easy for me to assemble by myself (50+ lady with arthritic hands). The allen key to assemble all fixings was supplied in the fixings bag. It took less than an hour to assemble the chair and ottoman. The ottoman is substantial in size and is essential if you want to put your feet up. It's surface area is larger than expected. I plan to only use the ottoman occasionally so it will be stored at the side of the room, and has already been claimed for use by one of my cats. In fact within a minute of finishing assembly, one of my cats decided a quality control check was in order! Please note this chair is VERY FIRM! It's exactly what I was after but you will need to use a cushion with it. I intend to make a layover seat cushion for it to size which I'd already planned to do pre-purchase as part of the plan to make it a statement chair. In summary, this chair is SOLID in construction and is easy to assemble. You WILL need a cushion, and the accompanying ottoman is also a solid good size! I think it would be a good option if you could pur hase the chair separately. I would love a plush velvet one for my bedroom, but would not need the ottoman.

Its a lovely occasional chair
Easy to assemble, lovely fabric and colour. It looks really good. For me the chair is bit hard but I'm hoping it will soften in time. I would say it's good value for money all in all.

Seat goes flat too quickly
Fine to put together (solo) and no additional tools needed (allen key provided) feels sturdy and is light to move. However, seat cushion needs to be thicker and fabric is more microfibre than velvet. Comfy but seat goes flat too quickly overall.
