One if the best probiotics for gut health i was facing end number of issues related to my gut health for example diarrhea, indigestion etc but after taking this there is lots of improvement

I was looking for a plant based source of L Acidophilus and B Lactis as I have IBS - D type and I am vegan. Most probiotics in the market aren't effective. They seem to have gotten into this race of including as many probiotic strains in a single capsule as possible. And that is not how it works. It just upsets the gut flora. A vast majority of them needs to be refrigerated throughout and since they don't go through cold chain during delivery, they become ineffective. This is where I absolutely loved this product. It doesn't need refrigeration. I have been using it for 3.5 months now. My IBS symptoms are so much better. My immunity is better. I don't have to be constantly bothered by IBS symptoms most of the time now. Would highly recommend this one. Also, a suggestion to team Unived - if it is possible can you guys also try to include these strains too? — L Plantarum 299v, Bifidobacterium Infantis 35624. They help with bloating. Keep up the good work! And please don't change/reduce the already existing probiotic strains there. Update 2024: I have shifted to Sharrets' Probiotics as the formulation in them is the same as this one with double the capsules at an even cheaper price. And they work fine for IBS-D. However, neither of them are helpful for bloating.
