Bitufix is an average-quality product. It melts easily in sunlight or hot weather, so it seems suitable only for underground use. Even after drying for several days, it washes off quickly when exposed to water and doesn’t last long—usually wearing away after just five rounds of rain. It’s unclear how it’s marketed as a waterproof coating when it fails to withstand even a few rainfalls. Maybe good for a few days of waterproofing
