This stuff is so good!!
This paste is delicious and easy to cook with. It makes a yummy miso broth and it goes well with other broths. It’s my favorite to add to chicken broth for my dumpling soup. Also delicious added to other sauces, like sesame. Keeps well in the fridge!

Easy to use
I like the packaging design. It is easy and convenient to use. Also can keep it fresh all the time since it has cap to close it. And it tastes good, it go well with salmon or Seabass.

A spoonful in all my soups
I have to admit to not knowing a lot about cooking with miso. I don’t eat meat, so when we go to a hibachi grill, I order miso soup. I try to add healthy things in my diet and I know miso has probiotics and is good for gut health. So I always keep some in my fridge and put a squirt in all my soups along with vegetable broth. I like this brand and will continue to order for the health benefits and for the added flavor in my cooking. Now I need to learn new ways to incorporating in my cooking.

WHITE MISO: Excellent miso; my fault entirely (sweet taste, as it says on label)
This miso is full-bodied, the aroma is beautiful and the flavor of malt and fermentation enters your nose and palate right away. So it's my fault entirely for not scrutinizing the type of miso this is. It is sweet (not overpowering in any way, but I prefer it as a soup, and do not care for the sweetness). I would not hesitate to try another type of miso from this company. The miso is a gorgeous, pure paste. Very, very fresh.

Great flavor
Great mellow white miso paste! I use it to make ramen. It is amazing. I do love it in egg salad too! Overall great purchase and just as described! Great smooth consistency to incorporate easily into any recipe!

Lowest sodium white miso I could find.
I made a recipe with another miso and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. So went shopping for the lowest sodium miso I could find and am trying this. So far, so good. But cooks should definitely reduce any added salt in their recipe and add back judiciously tasting all the while!
