Great LARGE Tea Strainer
This strainer is great! I kept looking for one that really was a large strainer that would fit inside my tea kettle and this is it!

Perfect for Kombucha making
I use this to steep the black tea for my Kombucha. Works wonderful and holds 6 tablespoons worth. Only negative was the clap holding the parts together was just a tiny bit open so the top fell off once. Needle nose pliers fixed it right up.

Perfect solution!
I found out we don't get the benefit of polyphenols in tea if we use paper tea bags/filters, so, I got this for making my pitchers of iced tea (or iced coffee/cold brew) so they maintain their polyphenol content. Use it frequently & very happy with purchase! I use 8 Tbs of tea leaves or coffee grounds & fit is no concern. I wash in dishwasher & never any issues. The clasp feels delicate but I am gentle with it (no reason not to be) & no issues. Highly recommend!

It IS a large size
This tea ball is a good quality. I purchased it to put botanicals in -- flowers , herbs etc for my bath water instead of leaves and petals washing down the drain. Even though I got out the tape measure to visualize the size it's larger than I expected and I'm happy with that as it will hold a lot. Instead of cheese cloth for a bouquet garni this would be very useful as well due to the large size.
