Do you think the brushes are worth buying? I want to buy brushes as birthday gift for my friend.

I really don't think you should buy it. Yes the brushes look great. But when you use them they don't pick up the colour and they are terrible at blending. There are other brushes you can buy as a gift with a similar price to this. Go to super drug website and they have a brush set which is the super drug brand and they are much better.
