Didn't work
Had to buy an adapter, still no sound. Very nice looking paperweight.

Funzionale e comodo
Ottimo prodotto, ero restio dopo l'ultima esperienza di qualche anno fa con un altro tipo di laringofono, invece mi devo ricredere, comodo e funzionale. Non da fastidio e si sente benissimo anche la cuffietta in dotazione resta ben salda al suo posto.

Not bad but not great
It works once you figure out and realize that the way it works is by feeling the vibrations on your neck. So you need to close it tight around your neck to work properly. Voice Quality wise it's not bad, it's quieter than using a direct mic, but it's compact and doesn't get in your way. Plus easier to store. Overall I would suggest something with more clarity in the voice, but it's not a bad product.
