Purchased for my mom who has dementia (upon going into a memory care home). She finds it very comforting, reminds her of holding her grand babies. Very soothing. Extremely soft and very well made. It is about the size of a 3 month old baby and the weight was perfect. I'm going to get one for my brother who has a traumatic brain injury next.

This is my first Hugimal, and I absolutely love it! I got it on sale for $55, and it was definitely worth it. The quality is excellent, it’s super soft, and it feels very well made. I actually bought it because I’ve been dealing with anxiety and I don’t sleep very well, so I wanted something comforting to hug at night. I had been thinking for a long time about which plush to get, and I’d been eyeing this one for a while. When I finally saw it go on sale, I was really happy and decided to get it. The size is exactly as described, and it looks just like the pictures. I was surprised by how heavy it is at first, but I actually really like it. It feels very calming and comforting to hold. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

The most snuggliest n softest loving plush toy for my autistic sensory seeking 6 yr old. She takes her elephant lovey everywhere in the house. Our rule is it stays inside cuz once it’s outside it’ll get so dirty. It’s adorable and well made to last. Has just the right amount of weight for my 6 yr old to get sensory input but not be bothered by it being too heavy. It’s well worth the price due to its quality and loveability.

I love mine! I got the sloth. He is so soft and cute! The weight is great! When I first picked one up in a store it was instant love. I ended up not getting it that day because it was kinda pricey. After that I couldn’t stop thinking about it and finally ordered it on Amazon. I got mine a couple years ago and has held up amazing! Stitching is great, no rips or tears. I sleep with mine every night and I change sides throughout the night. The only drawback is that is very difficult to get the weighted part out to wash the outer part. I tried to get it out when I first got it and stopped because I was afraid I wouldn’t get it back in. Other than that, I absolutely love it and I’m even thinking about getting a second one. The bunny I think will be nice :)

At roughly the mass of a newborn infant, Emory is comforting to cuddle and fall asleep with. All his limbs (legs, belly, arms and head) are weighted proportionally to allow Emory to sit or lie down yet still be somewhat posable. This elephant is so great. Emory's soothing blue yet velvety-soft fur and embroidered face details are spot on. He's The perfect weight and size for cuddling at 4.5 lbs. It really does give the same pressure of a hug! The construction is solid and durable. He's very well made, high quality, and the weight makes him feel akin to a newborn lying on your chest! He's extremely huggable and irresistible to look at because of his kind, non-judgmental eyes that make you want to hug him even more. Perfect for just about anyone or even a pet who needs a bed buddy. You get the benefits of a weighted blanket without the restriction of being confined under a weighted blanket. It’s been such a great help with my anxiety, sleep, and concentration. Due to the weight, I don't recommend this for anyone under 2-years of age.

I love this cozy bunny. Perfectly weighted for comfort and grounding. Superbly soft, especially his ears.

So I'm an autistic adult who also struggles with severe anxiety among other issues and this weighted plushie has become my best friend! I got Frankie The Cat and I've had him for over a month now. He's heavy, cute, and the perfect design for snuggles and sleeping. The seams are high quality and I haven't had any issues with my replacement Frankie (the first one was defective but Amazon makes replacements super easy). All in all 5 stars from me I highly recommend Hugimals and yes I know the price is high at but it's so worth it!! P.S. Taking out the weighted insert for machine washing is incredibly difficult so I usually just spot clean Frankie but Hugimals are machine washable and there's a video on YouTube on how to remove and reapply the weighted insert on the inside.

Nice weighted plushie, but for me it's very bulky to have it laying on your chest and I also noticed Velcro on the side which I keep feeling and don't want to feel that texture. I prefer Hugz which can also be heated up and cooled if you want. And no Velcro.

I bought this cause I am a terrible flyer. This pup actually was a tremendous help. He was also used as a pillow. I put the tray down, sat him down on tray and cuddled into him. Slept like a baby

This was the best purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon! The weight distribution is calming and helps you to fall asleep and stay asleep. I would highly recommend this plushie because it improves quality of sleep with deep pressure relaxation:) Plus she is super cute!

Hugimals is the best weighted plushies made. Frankie the cat is my second Hugimals, I have Charlie the puppy not for long and here I am purchased a second one. I just couldn’t get enough. The more you hugged them, the more it get softer and it’s not hard to maintain unlike the Jellycat who gets so worn out with just a few hugs.. The material is very sturdy and lux to the touch. For the price, it’s worth every penny. The therapeutic aspects for me as an adult is phenomenal what more for children. The weight is perfection. I had guests in the house who tried to hold them, it really makes them feel loved because of the hug, it’s magical. I received mine exactly on the intended delivery time, no delays and can easily track my order. Received Frankie well intact, with dustbag and plastic sealed which means no one has ever touched him yet.. Just get it , Don’t think about it, you will never regret it.

Honestly, this Hugimal is a game-changer. The 2 kg weight is perfect, it’s distributed so well that it actually feels like holding a real baby when you’re cuddling it. My son is obsessed with it. He’s been sleeping with it every night, and it’s made a huge difference in how quickly he settles down. If you need something for sensory soothing or just a really high-quality weighted plush, this is definitely the one to get. So worth it!
