Product is as described in the listing. Minor scratches on faceplate, otherwise, looks brand new. Both the bluetood and wifi dongles worked. I replaced the wifi dongle with the wifi card from my dead PC because it got better speed than the dongle. Dongle is b/g/n capable. Bluetooth dongle is 5.0. The motherboard has TPM 2.0, so setup and running Windows 11 Pro went flawlessly. All the ports front and back work. DVD-RW works well. I burned a Lbuntu Live CD and booted from it. I'm really happy with this. I went from a i5 6th gen, 16GB RAM, 1TB HD w/o TPM to i7 7th gen, 32 GB RAM, 1TB NVME + 2TB HD for less than $400! It didn't make sense to replace the power supply in the old PC. BTW, backups are wonderful things to have. Oh, and booting is noticeably faster with the NVMe SSD. There is an oddity. I'm running two monitors and for some reason I can use both Displayports(DP). Both DP jacks work but I have to have one monitor in HDMI jack and the other in one of the DP jacks. Maybe it because of my KVM. Both monitors can be driven at 4k@30 Hz, but not 60Hz, again my KVM may be limiting this. Anyway I'm happy with the lower resolution @ 60Hz, my eyes aren't what they used to be. ;)

Everything booted perfectly, free windows pro, zero noise except under moments of heavy load, the drives all needed some defragging but pro can do that for you. Wifi is slow but works perfect, just use a cable and the issue disappears, Bluetooth is fast 5.0. 240 watt power supply I removed and hooked up a 650 with a 24 to 6 adapter then added in my older 1060 3gb. Fans run even when off, but just hit the power switch on the power supply and they turn off fine. The price is the best over anything else you could ever pick, don't get me wrong, it takes a little work to make it perfect but this is a potential 1,300 dollar computer with the right know how. As long as the parts hold up over time, which is a real concern with anything refurbished, then its the actual best choice. My mother's first gaming pc has been a grand success, thank you!

Solid small frame, PC, good build quality. No issues after several weeks. Got this to replace an older HP desktop running Windows 10 and not able to upgrade to Windows 11.As you know, Windows 10 is at EOL, end of life. No more support and had to move all content to this small form, Dell PC.

Nice machine, but the Kingfast SSD used for the C boot drive is junk. It worked fine for about 11 months, then poof: random reset and then it could not boot. Looking at setup... the storage drive in the PCIe was just gone. Bought another and trying to recover windows now with a new drive, but this is new to me and hard. No way to contact the seller. The ad says the computer comes with support, but no it only links to dell support. So I'm on my own. Not happy.

This is not a gaming computer - however it is powerful enough to run most games that are not action intense. It is awesome in use as a business computer and surfing the internet. Runs videos very well and does everything I need it to do.

Its amazing the usage I have got out of this machine, a true work horse

The computer works great once small but important items are figured out. Here are a few- 1. The WiFi issue being slow - the WiFi adapter was placed at the back usb3 socket next to the blue tooth adapter. By moving the adapter to the front, the WiFi works great. I plugged it into a 4 socket usb3 hub which is positioned away from the computer- I guess the way it was plugged causes interference with the signal 2. The mouse was also jumpy - plugged the mouse / KBD adapter to the front USB2 socket and fixed it 3. The usb socket in the front of the computer are horizontal and very close to each other which interfere if you plug 2 devices together Other than that, I got a 3TB HDD instead of the 2 specified. The mouse and KBD are low quality but work ok. Windows 11 set up is annoying as usual. You have to wait forever for the software updates to be loaded. The look and feel was changed substantially by Windows 11, and it takes time to get use to it. My previous computer was from 2015, so the performance difference is noticeable. For the money, great product considering you also get windows 11 installed.

In very good shape I slap in 2x 1TB SSD unplugged the cd-rom drive and put in a RX 6400 gpu and shes working great! I managed to take off that secured boot style windows 10 and put NixOS cause GNU/Linux is the only way to go with all my computers ;) Only really problem is that HDD LED light doesint work, but oh well.
