No dents, scratches, or cracks in the tools. Shipping was great, and it seems like it comes with a few cocktail recipes that you can make easily. It seems like it's made for people who want to start out and learn how to mix, and it comes with a microfiber wash cloth to clean your tools after every use. I would recommend this to my beginner friends 9 out of 10 times.
