Are the divisions deep enough that small items like coins stay put when you lift the armrest?

The coin holder is in the lower area which does not lift. The divisions in the upper area, do hole glasses, a flashlight and pens & markers in place. The top of the rest is fairly close to the dividers.

Have you consider a version of this where the back half is a little garbage can?

No, not interested in having a little garbage can in my car.

What will happen the wireless charging pad?

Nothing. The armrest storage box organiser is used nowhere near the wireless charging pad! I think you may have crossed wires.

Did the fit change at all from 2022 to 2023?

It didn’t I own a 2023 SEL and it fit perfectly.
