I was very pleased with the pillow from the compact design to the neck support provided. Neck pain was what I was dealing with prior to purchasing this pillow but after just one night's sleep my neck pain was almost non existent. I am a side sleeper and this pillow was comfortable and not bulky or too soft, the memory foam provides just the right balance which helped me get a restful night's sleep.
