Electro-Voice ETX35P 15" 3 Way 2000W Full Range Powered Loudspeaker

Been using two of these for two summers on an outdoor stage that features Bluegrass, Latin, Folk music etc. Audience 400+. Combined with the Ekx 18” subs. The system affords a ton of headroom so we never clip. Very happy with them and a joy to do shows with them.

Very good for small events

EV has a great sounding box I love the etx35p the only down side is how heavy it is. It sounds incredible when paired with elx200 18sp. Used these at a festival and received many compliments.

These powered speakers are excellent full-range 3-way units. They do not exhibit the artificial low-end bump that curse so many two-way mains. They are well-constructed and sound clean and clear, with a linear response and a present midrange that serves both guitars and vocals well. At 2000 watts each I expect they will handle most any venue in which I will be performing. I may eventually pair them with a pair of ETX-18SP subs (because I'm a glutton for overkill) but for now they are entirely adequate on their own. Expensive but worth it. My hyper-critical band mates love them, too.

I have owned 2 0f these for around 3 years and can say that these speakers are well worth the money. I am recently retired from the DJ BIZ which I did for 37 years, and I owned a lot of high-end speakers over that time. Now I have what's left of my sound equipment in my Man Cave/ Movie Room. I kept the best and sold the rest. So, I have these EV ETX 35p's paired up with their partners the EV ETX 18sp Subs. Along with them I'm running my LOVED 2 Peavy 5600-watt QW4F's powered by 2 Crown XS900 power amps. That system will ROCK your world whether you're listening to music or watching movies! I definitely Recommend these EV ETX 35p Speakers.!!

We just finished up our first gig with the EV ETX35Ps and I can't believe the difference. We're using two of these coupled with two Yorkville LS801Ps and they really kick. We had Yamaha DSP15Ps and while they served us well, there's no comparison. These throw extremely well so the coverage is great. They have a nice smooth sounds and the vocals are pristine. My group is 7 pc with horns, keys, guitar, bass and drums and they performed far beyond my expectations. We're considering a second pair.
