I use this alot for work. My thigh is thick, and this brace does not slide down like others that I have used. Occasionally it has to be readjusted, because it may twist a little bit, but not much. When first putting it on, there are 6 closures to adjust, which helps keep it where you want it. The gel knee padding gives me more confidence as far as protection of the knee ,too.

Great fit! Works underneath clothes and on top of clothes. Maximum support to your knee. Love the thickness of it because it’s but overly bulky! Velcro is very durable and good quality! Stretches amazingly well!

This is big, works great and comfortable. I like the fact that the hinge is plastic so your not scratching things as you move

It is an OK knee brace. It does allow you to move, but you have to tighten the bottom part to keep it from sliding on you and the straps when you start to sweat or you’re doing a lot of moving around, tend to dig into the back of your knee so every so often you have to make an adjustment my knee felt good wearing it. It was just the straps after moving around for so long started to dig in the back of the knee and if you don’t get that bottom strap tight enough, the brace does slide on you.

This product fits perfectly and makes my knees feel great. I have suffered for years so this was a game changer for me.

I have no idea how well it works because I could not get it on!! The velcro and loops for buckles are in the BACK of the knee making it impossible to put on by yourself. You have to feel around blindly then it gets crooked and you can't get it on straight. Tried for 10 minutes, got very frustrated. Big disappointment. What a terrible design!

I really like this knee brace! It’s comfortable, supportive, and easy to wear. The fit is great, and it gives my knee the stability I was looking for. Very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Having to return becasue despite the wrapping and loops and velcro tricks, thich sucker does not stay on. I can only take a few steps and it begins sliding off my leg. I measured several times before ordering because i noted other reviews mentioning issues with the fit. So, here I am, mentioning the fit... maybe this will work for you but not for me. As for the item- there are two firm braces on either side of the knee and long straps which wrap around the back to the front and go through loops- it is a difficult, crazy design and requires practice ot figure it out. For me, that is too much. I had another brace from my insurance provider that was far easier to strap on and was not problematic. The brace itself is not soft, one would want to wear a sleeve with it to protect your skin from rub rashes or scratching from the velcro. I would not recommend this for elderly patients as it is bulky and heavy, for anyone prone to falls- I believe this would do the trick in pulling you forward to a fall. Overall, I cannot recommend this product.
