While these are smaller than I anticipated, they are super cute! The paint is detailed and consistent, they open and close smoothly, and are (other than being smaller than anticipated) very nice and fitting the description. Super cute, so happy I purchased!

Terribly made. The wood is not sanded well inside the dolls, making it rough on little hands and hard to open and close the separate pieces. There was glue all over the dolls, inside and out, and you can see where the bear ears were glued on (huge globs of glue and then ears stuck in them). They were all dirty, covered in sawdust, grime and dirt. There was zero craftsmanship or pride in product involved in making these.Really disappointing. I would not suggest purchasing.(There's also a grammatical error on the outer box; doesn't give too much encouragement that the company produces quality products).

Cute paint design. The bears ears immediately popped off at the first drop. And the bear is warped so it doesn’t fit together. The smallest piece is a choking hazard. Diameter is about dime size. But cute over all.

I LOVE Matryoshka dolls, and have a set that I bought long ago from a Russian shop in San Francisco. When I started looking for dolls on Amazon, I was surprised by the variety available. And these Christmas/winter-themed nesting dolls are PERFECT! I love Christmas decorating, and these will have a place of honor in my tiny Christmas village on my mantle. Great price, too, and shipping was fast. Now I need to find some Halloween Matryoshka dolls, and I bet I find some here on Amazon.

I bought these as a gift for my preschooler, she has a few sets of nesting dolls. These are brightly colored and look sturdy but does a arrive in a plan brown cardboard box. Presentation is very basic if your giving as a gift you will want to use some wrapping paper and ribbon to dress it up. Only time and usage will determine how the paint will hold up. The only negative is they stick a little bit but with some use they will probably free up some for easier opening and closing for little hands.
