Worked great on a 1980's GM Tilt steering coulmn in my 1939 Chevy Master Deluxe Street Rod. You need this to compress the spring so you can remove the retaining clip. Well worth the money

Great tool!
I used this to remove the lock plate when I replaced my lock cylinder. Don’t cheap out, buy this tool. Definitely worth the money.

Works great for square body Chevy
Works great on older square body columns that I used it for. I used it on various columns from 73-81. Had to turn the inside nut so the proper thread would go in. Worked like a charm
